Dad’s Birthday
It was recently dad's birthday. Every time we start a new job, I leave an inspirational quote or something humorous on the paperwork for the crew. This is what I wrote for them on dad's Birthday.
Today is our dad’s birthday. Robert Peters. Founder. Husband. Father. Grandfather. Friend to many, servant to all. A wonderful man with a kingly laugh and deep love for his family.
Most of you never met him, but I hope through your time here, you get to know him. We honor his memory today through hard work, laughter on the job, and going home to our families simply to be present and enjoy the life still in our bones with those we love.
Thank you for being on our crew, to help build a team dad would have most certainly believed in, as Matt, mom, and I do. You, each one of you, make us better.
Now, let’s get to work.
